It was a requirement that all new central heating pipework be installed and insulated within the attic space (with the exception of 2 metres located beneath the suspended flooring the master bedroom). Despite this. K Riley Plumbing and Heating Services spent two valuable days breaking up floorboards and salvaging copper pipes from beneath floors and dumped hessian insulation and rubbish beneath the floor space. K Riley Plumbing and Heating Services was specifically asked to clear all rubbish from beneath floors. The following day all floorboards had been replaced and screwed back in place. He assured me it was all cleared as requested and showed me a number of containers. Unknown to me, the majority of rubbish had been left where it was dumped.
